A LivePerson Account Manager works with European major accounts offering business strategy and technical consultation around our digital engagement platform.
The position incorporates owning the customer life cycle from the point of sale, specifically the onboarding, adoption, usage and retention of the client with a focus on providing all technical deliverables while growing revenue from the client.
The position includes:
Work with international-based clients from pre-sales support onward.
Identify upgrade opportunities.
Training delivery.
Proactive relationship management.
Undertaking your day to day activities in the spirit of our core values ("Be and Owner, Help others and make meaningful connections").
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in SaaS and/or customer-facing account management position.
Proven track record of managing technical projects and business strategy discussions with clients.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple client relationships successfully.
Fast and autonomous learner; ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with common marketing and/or web development tools a plus. These can include: Google Adwords/ Analytics, HTML, JavaScript, .Net (ASP), knowledge of SQL, Ajax, JQuery, CSS, Java, Flash.
