"Job Description: Main responsibilities will cover all Omrix's operational sites: • Process scale-up • Process qualification studies and process validation design, • Establishment of control strategy for manufacturing processes • Process yields improvement • Troubleshooting • Technological improvements in existing processes – process reliability, effectiveness, cost improvement projects • Benchmarking and adopting of new manufacturing technologies, methods and equipment Education: Mechanical / Biotechnology / Chemistry Engineering – M.Sc or PhD on Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology Experience: At least 5 years in a pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry At least 2 years experience with projects managements (small scale projects – e.g. implementation of new system into manufacturing process) Advanced knowledge and skills with statistical analyzing tools/ applications (e.g. Minitab) Additional requirements: Good team player, leadership skills, flexibility in working hours (sometimes (rarely, but happens) working hours are determined by an already running process – could be at night hours)"
