"Key Responsibilities: The Administration manager is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services including: • Employee attendance tracking and management. • Working directly with CEO • Monthly salary table • set up International travel booking and preparation of local and international expense reports • Management of errands, office supplies, parking, lunch cards, petty cash and invoices • Management of cellular and phone suppliers • Company car fleet management • International guests - hotel bookings, VIP services • Office maintenance - supplies, cleanliness, mail, photocopy machines ect' Position Requirements: • 1-2 years as an administration manager in High Tech company. • Fluent in English • Excellent interpersonal skills • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Sunday-Thursday) Please send CV to: "
