As Customer Support, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers through all of the company communication channels, which include e-mail, Facebook, Indiegogo, Twitter and telephone.

תאור התפקיד:
אסטרטגי:
1. בנייה ותחזוקה של תקציב החברה ותחזיות חודשיות להנהלה.
2. בקרה תקציבית, דוחות וניתוחים של תקציב מול ביצוע על בסיס חודשי ורבעוני.
3. ביצוע תחזיות ארוכות טווח
4. יצירת מדיניות כספים מוסדרת
5. הכנת מצגות לדירקטוריון החברה
שגרה:
1. עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלת החשבונות ומשרד רואה חשבון מבקר.
2. איסוף, ניהול, ותיעוד כלל ההוצאות / הכנסות של החברה.
3. ניהול ספרים.
4. עבודה בצמוד למחלקת ה-HR , הזנת נתונים לבניית תלושי שכר לעובדים, מעקב רמות שכר בהתאם לנהוג בשוק אל מול רמות שכר מאושרות בחברה.
5. עבודה מול חברות הביטוח לניהול: קרנות פנסיה, קופות גמל, קרנות השתלמות וכיו"ב.
דרישות:
1. רואה חשבון מוסמכ/ת, יוצא Big 4
2. ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד שכולל מאפיינים אנליטיים / כלכליים בחברה גלובלית (התמחות באחד ממשרדי ה-BIG 4 עונה על דרישה זו).
3. ניסיון בעבודה עם תקציב.
4. שליטה ברמה גבוהה מאוד ב- Excel ו- PowerPoint וגישה למערכות מידע – חובה.
5. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – בכתב ודיבור.
6. ניסיון במערכת SAP Business One – יתרון.
7. הכרות עם כללי חשבונאות IFRS.
8. בעל הבנה עסקית וראייה רחבה יחד עם כישורים אנליטיות ויכולת ירידה .
9. פרואקטיבי, עצמאי, יוזם, יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ, יכולת למידה מהירה ונכונות להשקעה
10. יסודיות, אחריות, יכולת עבודה בצוות, יכולת ניהול תהליכים ודייקנות.
