Organize and lead the NCR, CAPA and CCR Review Boards. Identifying possible process improvements and assisting in planning and execution. Tracking progress and reallocating resources throughout the business as necessary. Compiles data and prepares reports on system effectiveness for management. Designs and develops relevant procedures and processes. Ensures effective communication and training are deployed throughout the site. Qualifications: B.A/ BS.C in life sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology etc.) 2 years of experience in QA in the Pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with GMP."
