In his role he will work in tight collaboration with the CEO to develop and execute company's business and operation strategies. This includes negotiating complex deals with suppliers and partners, managing day-to-day contracts, product development, working on company growth, management and business development activities as well as financial and budget related aspects. Requirements: The successful candidate will possess: - An Extensive track record of leading operations, business development, product development, marketing and sales in senior management positions in medical device or biotechnology companies - Exceptional operation and execution skills. - Experience in running complex operations (regulatory approvals, supply chain, QC/QA) - Experience in negotiating deals and contracts - Experience with financials, funding and budget management - Strong analytical skills - An enthusiastic team player and strong interpersonal skills - Highly representative - High level of English proficiency (both oral and writing) Position location: Haifa CV to: handasa@hever.co.il"
