The Asia CSR will report to the International VP of Sales. "Key Responsibilities: √ Support - clinically and technically - robotic assisted surgeries at he assigned territories Operating Rooms. √ Assist in Renaissance training programs for surgical teams at a designated Training Center and remote centers as needed √ Sell active Renaissance surgeons on the concept of developing procedure and advanced training programs √ Train surgeons on new products and advanced system skills √ Independently Support Renaissance procedures in hospital operating rooms √ Train new surgeons at the territory to use the Renaissance √ Work with international Sales team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve upon existing programs including updates of materials and protocols √ Manage relationships at assigned accounts Desired Skills & Experience: √ English – Native Speaker level, other languages – an advantage √ Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively explain, describe, and convey information in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings √ Strong customer focus and ability to identify and quickly respond to clinical as well as commercial opportunities and difficulties √ BSc.
