The project will combine genomics and large-scale computational modeling for conducting a comprehensive analysis of bacterial interactions and their role in shaping alternative community structures in well-defined model ecosystems. We are looking for a motivated, talented and competent student who has background in Biology, Bioinformatics and/or Computer Sciences. The project is a collaboration between experimental (Einat Zchori-Fein) and computational (Shiri Freilich) groups. We are located at the beautiful campus of Newe-Ya’ar (near Tivon), encouraging creative and free spirit research in a collaborative environment.
