A successful start-up company is looking for a B2B Growth Hacker / Online Marketing ManagerResponsibilities:
* Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and optimize new non-paid acquisition initiatives.
* Leverage and grow existing Social, SEO, PR and Content marketing channels.
* Live and breathe the website and Blog, their performance, and have deep curiosity and skills to make it into a conversion machine.
* Make recommendations and develop A/B & MVT tests to improve performance of highest-value flows.
* Assist in identifying best segment opportunities, developing positioning and go- to-market plans.
* Assist in standardizing tools to measure and report on market awareness, traffic generation, Installation, activation, conversion to paid, engagement, viral expansion, and retention.
* Continually challenge the status quo and relentlessly experiment.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of success in a similar role for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Traffic Generation Expertise
*SEO knowledge (keyword ranking, search terms, and industry standards),
*Social Media Proven track record – Performance based non-paid growth campaigns
*Creation of targeted webinars
*Content Marketing – Creation of Positive ROI content campaigns (Infographics,
