Your responsibilities:
•You will be required to produce visually appealing, functional, intuitive designs for Traiana products.
•You will take multiple existing and disparate products, and create a single set of design patterns to ensure a single 'Traiana-wide' experience for our users. This will involve:
•Establishing the company-wide design standards
•Porting legacy functionality to the new design
•Ensuring all new functionality is catered for in the design.
•Our users work in the financial markets, and you will need to provide design solutions for presenting
•Large amounts of transactional financial data (note: large, not big data)
•Summaries of the data, both textual and visual
•Visual analytics for market-wide data analysis
to business users.
•You will be part of the product management team, and work closely with development and QA staff in Israel and domain experts globally
•You will rapidly prototype new ideas, including producing working demos based on HTML, CSS and Javascript
•You will confidently and articulately present and defend design decisions to engineers and business domain experts in English and Hebrew.
Our requirements:
•A minimum of 2 years of UI experience, preferably gained at an enterprise software vendor
•Work with multiple enterprise software products is an advantage
•Work in a financial environment is an advantage
•Experience limited to retail/ e-commerce or corporate websites alone is probably not sufficient.
•Experience in creating wireframes, site maps, process flows
•Proficiency in standard design tools
•Proven ability to quickly build prototypes
•Up to date with latest UI trends and technologies
•Familiarity with agile methodologies
•Excellent communication skills
•English to a very high level (some of your work will be with domain experts abroad, and all documents are in English.)
