Mobile Group Leader – Director level

WorldMate is looking for a mobile group leader to lead our mobile teams, creating one of the world's leading mobile applications, which is already in use by millions of customers worldwide.
As a Mobile Team leader you will be facing multiple platforms and development environments, such as: iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, and more.This position is part of the R&D management team.
POSITION LOCATION: TEL AVIV,ISRAEL
REQUIREMENTS:
Technological leadership and vision: define & build new technologies
Lead a strong team of 15 experienced mobile developers & QA
Provide technical solutions in various technological disciplines – Various mobile platforms supporting millions of users
Develop new products and platforms; work with our partners to deliver complex Projects.
Maintain relationship with the Israeli technological community to position the company as a technological leader.
ADVANTAGES:
At least 3 years of experience managing a mobile team
Hands on experience in Android or iPhone development
Good project management and leadership skills
B.sc in Computer Science
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with frequent releases
Proactive and problem solver
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to quickly learn and master new skills
Communicate fluently in English
