Main activities:
* Lead main projects at engineering department.

Education and Experience Required:
* Bachelor of Industrial Engineering,
* 2-5 years' of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
* Using project planning tools and software packages create, manage, and track project results
* Strong analytic and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrix teams and resources
* Extensive knowledge MS-Office (Excel - must, knowledge in Access, statistical analysis - advantage)
* Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Hebrew.
* Ability effectively communicate program plans, proposals and results together with negotiating of the alternatives at management level.
