Spanish Sales Trainer
Sales Trainer – (Binary options or Forex) for
Sales Trainer – (Binary options or Forex) for our Spanish desk.
The Trainer will create the curriculum for the Sales and Retention departments.
This position will be required to train the departments on new product launches as well as performing other professional training needs (management training, organizational skills etc.). This position is responsible for coordinating on the job training and only allowing the new employee to go "live" once they pass their training exam.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing training/re-training and creating/updating the standard operating procedure.
Major responsibilities:
Responsible for basic training of all new Customer Facing (CF) employees, including preparation of training materials and training inventory.
Responsible for passing on the job training (OJT) of entire CF department, and coordinating OJT classes.
Update training materials and create new materials as well as preparation of advanced courses to serve departmental needs.
Administer testing to ensure new employees are ready to join their teams and interact with customers.
Coordinate external courses to supplement employee skills.
Seek opportunities to improve process, product and performance.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required background and experience (must have):
Proven coaching or training skills- Experience of 1-3 years
Interest / experience with financial markets, trading etc.
Spanish – must, English– adv.
coaching and development skills,
Strong interpersonal skills and be team oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a high volume workplace.
Ability to work under stress
