Sachlav, a leading Taglit-Israel Birthright Organizer and Masa Internship Provider is currently hiring a Sales Team Manager to manage their call center.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring of call team
Allocating and delegating tasks to staff
Assessing performance, quality improvement and reporting on developments
Setting and maintaining targets
Seeking new ideas to achieving goals / creative ways to keep call team motivated
Reporting to management
Organising holidays and training
Discussing and resolving problems
Carrying out performance reviews
Requirements:
- Fluent English Speaker
- Proven call team manager experience (preferred)
- Call team center experience essential
- Goal driven
- Confident Telephone Manner
- Strong personality
- Must be able to work US hours (2pm – 11pm) (Flexibility may be required during peak times)
- Must have work permit for Israel
This is a full-time position in Jerusalem, starting immediately.

The Role
Main immediate role's focus is to bring more new customers to use our new product 'Capptivate' a SaaS based product sold to global clients.
The role will suit someone who has sales experience in product and consultancy sales. Knowledge of the financial sector and in particular trading environment would also be highly desirable.
Personal & Professional Requirements
• Previous successful sales and/or sales development proven experience (2-4 years)
• SaaS sales and/or sales development experience
• Very good understanding of the technical financial business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent technical presentation abilities
• Dynamic, independent, representative, smart and ambitious
• English as mother tongue
Job Requirements
• Grow the business (European focused) by direct sales and business development
• Maintain and develop direct relationships with existing and new clients
• Arrange and carry forward meetings and presentations with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations when required
