• BSc in Computer Science from a leading university / Experience from a tech unit in the army - Advantage
• 3 year of experience in FullStack (Server+Client side)
• Client side: Java Scripts, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery
• Experience with API (Restful API) including Jason, XML, Rest, HTTP protocol ect.
• Server side: experience with PHP and OOP, familiarity with MySQL, RDMS.
NoSQL – Advantage
• Experience with a Linux and basic server administration, working with GIT.
• Experience with AWS.
• End to end view: from characterization to final product
• Ability to think about technological as well as business aspects
• Fast learner and creative "out of the box" thinker
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Good communication and people skills

Manage the BI and Analysis Team inside the marketing department
• Individuate and plan analysis of KPIs for the business and especially for the marketing and acquisition
• Work directly or through a team member with R&D for any data related product (almost everything)
• Direct Management the team who provides reports for different departments, including acquisition, creative and sales dept
• Monitor Analyze & Optimize business performance and campaigns
• Providin business insights of business departments, suggesting changes in strategies according to data analysis
• Manage & Create new analytical methodologies which will maximize the company business profitability
Job Requirements:
• B.A in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar. MBA is advantage
• 4 years of experience in an BI position in an online marketing company, dealing with large and complex volumes of data
• 2 years of experience as a manger
• Experience on remote management is an advantage
• Gaming/Forex/Binary Options companies an advantage
• Proficient user of Excel including Pivot tables and Macro developing in a business environment
• High level of knowledge of SQL query building in both SQL and no SQL and MySQL servers
• Excellent analytical skills – Ability to determine what data trends mean. Being able to analyze the data is crucial.
• Technical Skills: Using complex computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to look on data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss.
• Time Management: Being able to work on large projects and many data streams and many deadlines.

We are looking for senior software engineers that will work on very complex features that require extensive knowledge in high level programming languages. We develop in Java but open for any other OOP languages.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
● Excellent programming skills in Java or an OO programing language, 3+ years.
● Excellent Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
● Excellent communication, self-organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
