Associate - Impact Investing

Work with Managing Director to identify, interview, screen and perform diligence on Israeli startups tackling global challenges in health, education, poverty alleviation and the environment. This means meeting with startup teams to understand their solutions and the market they address, assess and improve business plans, and prepare them to pitch for capital from LAVAN's investors at our Fall Pitch Events in New York and San Francisco.

Associate - B Corp

Our Associate will be working with our volunteer team to help grow Israel's community of B Corps! This means identifying Israeli companies with outstanding social and environmental impact, understanding and articulating how joining the B Corp community can add value for them (e.g., marketing, impact investment, etc), and assisting companies to measure and improve their social and environmental impact via the B Impact Assessment tool. Expect lots of visits to fantastic socially- and environmentally-minded companies and to build a relationship with them as you guide them through the B Corp certification process. Job is in Tel Aviv, Rothschild Boulevard.
